"I Purchased My First Property Without Using Much Of My Own Money!"

"I am so excited to share my story. I work for the NHS and love my job.  However, for many years, I have always wanted to buy my own rental property, but have not been able to save up enough money for a deposit.  I joined the 10klunchbreak training program, where I learnt how to utilise the other people's money strategy (OPM), as well as many other strategies. 

Within 6 months, I am proud to say that I was able to purchase my first rental property only having to cover a few minimal costs, such as the solicitors' costs and some other related fees, totalling around £3,000.  

So if you were to ask whether it was NO money down, the truth is, it was not, however, I could have first completed two deals, easily made £4,000 - £6,000, and used that money instead of my own, so, technically speaking the deal could have been NO money down, but nevertheless, the deal worked for me.
