How has COVID impacted property investing?

Covid actually helped to stimulate property investing for my company, my associates, and my students. Let me explain;

Pre covid, property sellers were difficult to get hold of, that is, sellers were always out or simply not picking calls.  During lockdown one. Property sellers were now always in their homes and easily reachable. During this period I personally tripled my property investing business.

Why?

Mainly because of 'Technology', the likes of Zoom were quickly welcomed, adopted, and embraced. Zoom made viewings quicker and more convenient.

Before the pandemic, it would take a week or more to arrange and view a property, compared to a few minutes using technology. My colleagues and I saw opportunities and lined up as many property deals as we could.

You may remember that during this time Boris Johnson froze physical property viewings and over 500,000 property transactions were on hold, so my team and I pivoted quickly to virtual viewings.

The deals we secured during the pandemic came to fruition when the lockdown was eased.

After lockdown two. The Government played its part in stimulating the property market by offering the stamp duty holiday which caused a stampede in property sales, as both first-time buyers and investors clambered over each other to grab as much property stock as possible.

Property Investing as of today is at an all-time high and has been very lucrative for me, my students, and my colleagues and could be the same for you, providing you follow the proper steps.
I wish you all the very best on your property journey.
